how it works

combining familiar technologies to create a modern order tracking system.

an android

mobile app

Users complete orders by tapping contactless ID cards to mobile devices running the docket app. This uses the same technology as when you pay for a coffee or your shopping.

a web-based dashboard

Information captured on the phone is instantly visible to other users of docket via our web dashboard, giving enhanced visibility of your production to staff across your business.

Our mobile app replaces paper dockets on the factory floor, allowing operators to quickly and accurately record order progress with a tap, using contactless technology.

Record the results of checks and tests with typed feedback and photos. You can also ensure certain tasks are only completed by assigned users, by assigning them as a 'QC' user.

Order progress is instantly visible in the web dashboard, allowing managers and sales staff to quickly access order information, both internally, and for customers.

Waste no more time typing up job sheets into an excel document.  Orders are automatically saved as structured data, that can by exported to programs like Microsoft Excel.

There is no hardware or software to install or integrate, meaning that docket can be fully implemented in days and weeks rather than months and years.

We use technologies that your staff already know how to use. Reducing the fear factor; making training quick and adoption easier.

We are constantly working with our customers to refine and improve layout and features to ensure that our software is simple and easy to use.

Unlike other ERP-like systems, our software is made with everyone in mind, from the factory floor all the way through to the sales and admin teams.
